Stamford Plaza Brisbane is seeking an enthusiastic Demi Chef / Chef de Partie to join our agile kitchen team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and the other members of the Kitchen with the food production whilst ensuring quality, consistency, productivity and high standards at all times We are looking for an Australian recognised Trade or relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery, with at least one year in a similar role.
