About The Role

We're excited to be looking for a Influencer Marketing Talent Coordinator to support our creators and deliver exceptional brand campaigns. Working closely with our talent managers, you'll coordinate campaigns from brief to completion - managing timelines and ensuring every partnership runs smoothly. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and eager to grow their career within a rapidly expanding agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the talent managers in managing creator portfolios and brand partnership pipeline.
- Brief creators on campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, creative direction, and platform specifications.
- Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate communication between creators and brands throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Manage revisions and feedback rounds to ensure content meets brand expectations, ensuring all deliverables are submitted correctly and on time.
- Manage creator calendars, key deadlines, RSVPs, and campaign schedules.
- Draft and send pitches to potential brand partners
- Help maintain strong relationships with both creators and brand partners.

- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a natural ability to follow up and keep projects moving.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating professionally with both creators and brand partners.
- Proficiency with Canva, Slack, and email communication platforms.
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow processes while proactively solving problems.
