Learning Developer

- 6-Month Contract
- circa $560 per day, inclusive of superannuation • Australian Citizenship Required

We are partnering with a leading organisation to engage an experienced Learning Developer for a major Enterprise Service Management transformation. This role will suit a skilled learning professional who can create engaging digital learning solutions that support user adoption, capability uplift and business readiness.

About the Role

You will design, develop and maintain high-quality learning materials supporting Enterprise Service Management processes and technologies. Working closely with subject matter experts, change teams, project teams and business stakeholders, you will help prepare users for new systems and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and validate Learning Needs Analysis and capability gaps.
- Develop eLearning modules, simulations and product videos with voice-over.
- Produce Quick Reference Guides, work instructions and facilitator guides.
- Design role-based learning pathways and training plans.
- Support Train-the-Trainer, UAT, go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to validate learning content.
- Maintain and continuously improve learning assets and knowledge resources.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:




- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the required police clearances.
- Experience using SAP Enable Now for learning content development.
- Experience developing digital learning solutions for large-scale business transformation programs. • Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and content development skills.

Highly Desirable

- Experience using Clipchamp.
- Exposure to WalkMe Learning or other digital learning and video-authoring tools.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or Enterprise Service Management processes.
