Installation Coordinator· $35ph FT + Daily OT

About the RoleOur client is a commercial furniture business that supplies, designs and installs functional, ergonomic and professional workspace furniture for offices and commercial settings Perth wide.

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on and organised Installation Coordinator to support our commercial furniture and cabinetry projects from site measurement through to delivery, installation and final handover.This varied role combines site work, project coordination, customer liaison, delivery, installation support and quality control. You will work closely with our Project Manager, production team, installers and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct accurate site measurements and verify site conditions against approved drawings.
- Read plans and shop drawings to support manufacturing and installation requirements.
- Coordinate deliveries, installation schedules, site access and project follow-ups.
- Liaise professionally with customers, site supervisors, installers and internal teams.
- Deliver, handle, assemble and install furniture and cabinetry as required.
- Use hand and power tools for minor adjustments, repairs and defect rectification.
- Inspect materials and completed installations for quality, accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate project records, photographs, tasks and updates using Odoo and other computer systems.




- Assist with final inspections, defect close-out and customer handover.
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements, site procedures and PPE standards.

About YouYou will ideally have:

- Experience in furniture installation, cabinetry, joinery, commercial fit-outs or a related industry.
- Strong practical skills and the ability to measure accurately and interpret technical drawings.
- Confidence using tools and safely handling furniture and materials.
- Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competent computer skills, with Odoo or similar software experience highly regarded.
- A customer-focused attitude and a solid commitment to quality and safety.
- A current driver's licence appropriate to the vehicles required for the role.
