EasyA is seeking a Learning Specialist to develop classroom based training materials for systems related training. You will also be responsible for the delivery of training.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

This role will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of face to face training materials. They will also be responsible for organising the training logistics, administration and evaluation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop role-based learning aligned to various frontline audience groups including Public Transport Coordinators, Internal and external transport operators and Operational readiness teams.
- Develop facilitated guide, Quick reference guides and user guides. Quick reference and user guides will include screenshots, guidance regarding exceptions and guided scenarios.
- Training to be delivered to small groups of 25 or less in audience groups. Multiple sessions may be needed due to rostering constraints.
- Consult with stakeholders and partners, such as change managers,



workforce competency partners, project managers, communications specialists, data analysts and the project sponsor
- Handle training invitations, attendance records, feedback survey and readiness reporting.
- Provide post-go-live FAQs, hypercare support and post-go-live controlled handover of learning assets and all source files to the BAU owner.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Experience as an Instructional Designer developing in-person training materials.
- Training delivery experience to frontline staff.
- Prior experience in System Training projects.
