Westralia Spring Works is one of Western Australia's most respected suspension specialists. Family-owned and operating since 1925, the business designs, manufactures and services suspension systems for customers across transport, mining, industrial, agricultural and automotive sectors.

About the Role

This is a key role within the business, sitting at the centre of customer service, internal sales and operational coordination.

Working closely with customers, the workshop and dispatch teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring enquiries, quotes and orders are handled accurately and efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role offers plenty of variety and would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and keeping things moving. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, support process improvements and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the business.

This is not a call-centre or entry-level administration position. We're looking for an experienced and proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a hands-on trade environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Customer Service & Internal Sales

- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Prepare, process and follow up quotations and sales orders
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive and professional service
- Provide updates on orders, lead times and product availability
- Identify opportunities to support customers with additional products and solutions

Workflow & Coordination





- Liaise closely with workshop and dispatch teams to ensure customer commitments are met
- Coordinate orders from quotation through to delivery
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Ensure information flows effectively between departments

Systems & Process Improvement

- Maintain CRM and customer records
- Support internal sales reporting and documentation
- Contribute ideas to improve systems, processes and customer experience
- Assist with implementing structured and efficient ways of working

About You You're a dependable and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a team environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.

You'll likely bring

- 3+ years' experience in internal sales, customer service, trade sales or office coordination
- Experience preparing quotes, processing orders and managing customer enquiries
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM, ERP or similar business systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach

Experience within automotive, mechanical, industrial, manufacturing or trade-based environments will be highly regarded.
