The role
You’ll support the daily operations of the investment process, making sure trades settle, portfolios reconcile and data is accurate.
Responsibilities
- Process and monitor trade settlements and resolve any fails or breaks
- Reconcile positions and cash with custodians and administrators
- Support corporate actions processing
- Maintain accurate security and portfolio data
- Prepare operational reports for internal teams
- Help improve processes and controls
Requirements
- 1-4 years’ experience in investment operations, fund administration or a similar role
- Degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field
- Understanding of the trade lifecycle and settlement processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Excel skills
- Explicit communication skills
