We’re Hiring: Risk Underwriting Specialist – Monard Infrastructure
Monard Infrastructure is a global behind-the-meter energy utility and infrastructure acquisition company. We originate, fund and own energy and utility plant assets through preferred purchase programmes with leading global manufacturers, financed through investment-grade asset-backed securities. Our structure has funded close to US$2.0 billion of projects, and we have an active pipeline of around US$4 billion, mostly in emission-reducing infrastructure.
We are growing our team and are looking for a Risk Underwriting Specialist to join us.
About the role
- Based in Melbourne, with international travel required
- Underwriting and risk assessment of infrastructure and energy asset acquisitions across our global pipeline
- Working closely with our Investment Committee, funding partners and manufacturer partners
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of underwriting experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Financial modelling skills at an intermediate to advanced level
- A background in infrastructure is preferred, but not essential
