About the Role

Able-iQ is seeking a compassionate and motivated Job Coach to support NDIS participants in developing work skills, finding suitable employment, and maintaining their jobs. You will provide practical, on the job coaching tailored to each participant’s goals, helping them build confidence, independence, and long term employment success.

Key Responsibilities

- Support participants with job readiness, resume writing, applications, and interview preparation.
- Provide on the job training and workplace support.
- Help participants identify suitable employment opportunities and connect with employers.
- Develop and implement individual employment plans.
- Monitor progress and maintain regular communication with participants, families, and employers.
- Maintain accurate case notes, progress reports, and NDIS compliant documentation.

Requirements
- Experience supporting people with disability, preferably in employment or capacity building.
- Understanding of the NDIS and person centred support practices.
- Robust communication, organisation,



and documentation skills.
- Ability to adapt coaching strategies to individual learning and communication needs.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Current driver's licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid Australian working rights.

A Certificate IV in Disability, Employment Services, or Training and Assessment is desirable. Experience with School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is also an advantage. Join Able-iQ
