Almara is a growing Melbourne-based cabinetry business, and we’re looking for an experienced cabinetmaker to join our factory team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Cutting, assembling and checking cabinetry ready for install
- Operating hand tools, and working with CNCs, edge banders and panel saws
- Working closely with the Factory Manager to keep jobs on schedule
- Identifying issues early and helping ensure jobs are completed properly the first time
- Contributing to improving our factory and production processes

What We’re Looking For

- Cabinetmaking experience is helpful but not required
- Takes real pride in the quality of their work
- Reliable and consistent — does what they say they will
- Positive attitude and willingness to improve
- Someone who wants to contribute ideas and help make the factory better
