The Role

We’re on the lookout for a talented Junior to Mid Weight Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a broad, varied position — no two weeks look the same. You’ll be producing everything from digital content and brand collateral to photography, video shoots, and digital signage.

You’ll be working closely with our senior creatives, project managers, and clients to deliver polished work on time and on brief. You’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about great design.

What You’ll Do

- Concept and produce design assets across digital and print — digital signage content, marketing collateral, presentations, branding materials, and more

- Create and edit content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

- Build and manage template-based content in Canva for clients and internal use

- Design, produce, and manage on-screen content for digital signage deployments across a wide range of industries and environments — from retail and hospitality through to corporate, health, and education

- Assist in and lead photography shoots — product, lifestyle, corporate, and event-based

- Capture, edit, and deliver videography content for digital signage and brand campaigns

- Collaborate within a creative team environment — taking briefs,



giving and receiving feedback, and contributing ideas in brainstorms

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality

Skills & Experience

- 1–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)

- Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite — particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

- Confident working in Canva for rapid content creation and templating

- Hands-on experience with photography — comfortable operating a DSLR/mirrorless camera and basic lighting setups

- Solid video skills — shooting, editing, and colour grading for digital signage and brand campaigns

- Comfortable working in a team and taking direction, while also owning your work independently
- A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling

- Bonus: experience with digital signage platforms
- A portfolio that shows range, creativity, and craft — please include a link in your application

- Highly regarded: web design skills including HTML, CSS, and PHP — ability to build or update web pages, landing pages, or campaign microsites will set your application apart

- Understanding of responsive design principles and how creative decisions translate from design tools into a live web environment
