The Roles We're Hiring For:

1. Full-Time Chef (Starting Mid-November)

Hours: Full-Time hours

Start: November 2026

Requirements: Solid commercial cooking experience / trade qualifications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong hygiene, food safety, and prep skills.

Availability to work at least one weekend day and throughout the peak summer season.

2. Part-Time Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher

Hours: Part-Time hours

Start: Dec 2026

Requirements: Reliable, energetic, and proactive attitude. Ability to keep the dish station and kitchen prep areas clean, organized, and running smoothly.





Availability across summer and at least one weekend day.

Candidates must currently hold valid, unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Visa sponsorship is not offered for offshore applicants.

Onshore candidates already working with us who demonstrate exceptional performance, reliability, and commitment over time may be considered for future visa sponsorship.
