We are primarily looking for someone available to work Sunday and Monday evenings (approximately 5:00pm to 10:00pm). There will also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts throughout the week and on weekends when available if you're interested in working more hours.
What You'll Do
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Available to work Sunday and Monday evenings
- Previous kitchen hand, stewarding, or cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential
