Still & Social is an intimate dining sanctuary nestled in the Dandenong Ranges, where thoughtfully prepared Asian-inspired cuisine meets warm, genuine hospitality.

We are looking for a reliable and passionate Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our growing kitchen team.

This role is ideal for someone with previous kitchen experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, takes pride in their work, and shares our appreciation for good food and thoughtful hospitality.

About the Role

- Assist with food preparation, cooking and plating.
- Support chefs during busy service periods.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock preparation and kitchen operations.
- Contribute positively to our supportive team culture.

About You

- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen.
- A basic understanding of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques is highly regarded.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport are required due to our location in Monbulk.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Reliable availability from January to March 2027 is essential, as this is a key staffing period for our team.
- Reliable, organised and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Willing to learn,

- A positive attitude and genuine interest in food and hospitality.
