Nestlé Nespresso SA in Melbourne is seeking a Retail Coffee Experience Trainer for our Chadstone Boutique. This full‑time role on a rotating roster (32 hour/44 hour per week) includes alternate weekends, late night trade and keyholder responsibilities.
You will lead, inspire, and elevate the coffee experience daily, plan and deliver engaging training sessions and masterclasses, run launches and tastings, and nurture a culture of learning within the team and customers.
