Norco Co-Operative Limited is seeking a Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our 24/7 dairy manufacturing site at Labrador. You will be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance as part of the site maintenance team, on a 7-day roster to cover 24/7 operations.

The role requires experience in a food manufacturing workplace, strong fault-finding skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Experience with packaging machinery and machine installations is highly regarded, with a focus
