Freedom Furniture is seeking a CRM Campaign Coordinator to deliver customer communications across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will work with the CRM & Loyalty Manager and team to coordinate email, SMS and MMS campaigns and manage the promotional CRM calendar.
As part of the role you will support campaign performance reporting and optimisation, collaborating with creative teams to ensure campaigns meet brand and compliance requirements while delivering engaging customer experiences.
