Northeast Health in Wangaratta seeks an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for the Medical Ward to lead a 40-bed general medical ward, mentor nursing and allied staff, and work with the Nurse Unit Manager to optimise staffing, resources and patient care.

The successful applicant will assume key leadership duties, support the leadership team, and develop clinical leadership skills in a cooperative regional setting.
