Join one of Canberra's top Dispute Resolution and Litigation teams to Government An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lawyer or Associate(1-5 years PQE) to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Canberra.

Working alongside recognised leaders in the field, you will play a key role in managing complex, high-profile matters for government and commercial clients, while contributing to the continued growth of a collaborative and respected top tier practice in a National firm setting.

The Opportunity

This role offers exposure to a diverse range of sophisticated disputes and advisory matters, including:

- Government-related litigation and disputes
- Class actions and significant civil claims
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings
- Complex commercial disputes involving construction, infrastructure, technology and procurement
- Merits review and judicial review matters
- Commissions, inquiries and investigations
- Strategic dispute resolution and risk advisory work

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of matters,



build strong client relationships and further develop your profile within a supportive and high-performing team. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- At least 1+ year PQE in litigation, disputes, regulatory or administrative law in a Commonwealth Government context
- Experience gained within private practice, government, or a public sector legal workplace
- Strong analytical, drafting and problem-solving skills
- Commercial acumen and sound strategic judgment
- Confidence working directly with government stakeholders, senior decision-makers and clients
- The ability to manage complex matters with a high degree of autonomy
- A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in mentoring junior lawyers
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance
