We’re looking for a Lead Systems Analyst who can operate at a strategic level while still owning the detail someone who can translate complexity into clear, scalable solutions.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll sit at the intersection of business, architecture, and delivery, with real influence over outcomes:
- Lead system design across large, complex ICT programs
- Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned to enterprise architecture
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives
- Oversee team performance, priorities, and delivery outcomes
- Engage senior stakeholders across government and vendors
- Analyse and uplift existing systems to improve performance and scalability
- Contribute to strategy, planning, and future-state architecture
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring
- Robust experience in enterprise environments (government highly regarded)
- Proven ability to lead requirements definition at scale (SFIA Level 6)
- Deep expertise in systems design and architecture (SFIA Level 6)
- Experience shaping business and enterprise architecture (SFIA Level 5)
- A consultative mindset able to influence, guide, and deliver outcomes
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Must be eligible to obtain Baseline clearance
Nice to have
- Experience with methods, tools, and frameworks (SFIA Level 5)
- Background in software design leadership
- Ability to provide specialist advisory across organisations
