We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team in a full-time, senior role. You’ll have real say over how nursing runs at the practice, with management on site and a supportive team around you.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the treatment room and nursing team, including an Enrolled Nurse and Assistants in Nursing
- Run chronic disease management, health assessments and care plans
- Immunisations, cold chain, wound care, cervical screening and general procedures
- Recalls and follow-up, and support for our doctors and registrars
- Help set and improve nursing processes and keep us accreditation-ready (RACGP 6th edition)
About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 3 years in general practice, with leadership or mentoring experience
- Current CPR and immunisation credentials
- Confident working independently and making clinical decisions within your scope
- Reliable, organised, and keen to lead and mentor the nursing team
What we offer
- Full time, weekdays only. No nights or weekends
- $45–$50 per hour plus super, depending on experience
- Paid CPR and ongoing training
