The Opportunities

Centre Manager (Nominated Supervisor)

Lead the centre. Build the culture. Create the foundations for success.

This is an opportunity for an experienced early childhood leader to take ownership of a brand-new service and bring its vision to life.

You'll lead the centre's day-to-day operations, develop a strong and connected team, build meaningful relationships with families and ensure the service delivers high-quality education and care.

What You'll Do:

- Leading the operational,



financial and regulatory performance of the centre.
- Establishing a positive, inclusive and accountable workplace culture.
- Recruiting, onboarding, mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations, and Queensland requirements.
- Building strong relationships with children, families, educators and the wider community.
- Leading assessment and rating readiness, quality improvement and continuous improvement.
- Managing occupancy, enrolments, staffing, rosters and centre budgets.
- Working closely with the wider Kids ELC leadership team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

We're looking for a confident, organised and relationship-focused leader who understands that great centre management is about balancing operational excellence with exceptional education and care. Early Childhood Teacher – QLD Kindergarten Program

We're looking for a passionate, qualified, Early Childhood Teacher to deliver a high-quality Queensland Kindergarten Program that supports children's learning, development, wellbeing and confidence.

You'll have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and contribute to a centre culture where children's ideas, interests and capabilities are genuinely valued.

What You'll Do:

- Planning and implementing a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline.
- Creating responsive, learning environments that promote inquiry, creativity and agency.
- Observing, documenting and extending children's learning.
- Building strong partnerships with families
- Collaborating with educators to embed intentional teaching and reflective practice.
- Contributing to curriculum development, quality improvement and the centre's educational philosophy.
- Supporting compliance with applicable Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme requirements.

We're looking for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about early learning, confident in their pedagogical knowledge and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for every child. Educational Leader – Above-Ratio Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Educational Leader who wants to make a meaningful difference to teaching practice, curriculum quality and educator capability.

As an above-ratio position, this role is designed to provide dedicated capacity for educational leadership, mentoring and professional growth.

You'll work alongside the Centre Manager, Early Childhood Teacher and educator team to strengthen pedagogical practice and create a shared vision for children's learning.

What You'll Do:

- Leading curriculum development and strengthening the implementation of the approved learning frameworks.
- Mentoring and coaching educators to build confidence, capability and intentional teaching practices.
- Facilitating critical reflection, professional dialogue and collaborative planning.
- Supporting the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan.
- Promoting consistent, high-quality practice across rooms and age groups.
- Supporting the team to critically examine environments, interactions and learning documentation.
- Building a culture of inquiry, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Working collaboratively with the Centre Manager and Early Childhood Teacher to strengthen educational outcomes.
