A multi-office Sutherland Shire real estate network is seeking a Leasing Consultant, ideal for someone looking to develop their career in business development.

You’ll handle rental enquiries, conduct inspections, process applications and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process.

The portfolio includes high-end waterfront properties, offering exposure to quality homes and a market with strong average rental values.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you’ll receive training to build your understanding of landlord relationships and securing new managements, with a pathway into a Business Development Manager position.

Previous leasing experience is required,



along with robust communication skills and an interest in the new business side of property management. You’ll be organised, professionally presented and confident dealing with clients.

A current NSW Certificate of Registration is required.

Offering a $90,000 package inclusive of superannuation, plus incentives.
