We're looking for a creative, passionate and customer-focused Lighting & Interior Design Consultant to join our growing team.

We want someone who can see the bigger picture — not just help a customer choose a light fitting, but help them create a beautiful, cohesive home.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Helping customers select lighting, ceiling fans and statement pieces to complement their homes.
- Providing interior styling advice, including colours, textures, finishes and design trends.
- Assisting with whole-home colour schemes and coordinated interior selections.
- Working with homeowners, renovators, builders and designers on recent builds and renovations.
- Creating mood boards, design concepts and product recommendations.
- Guiding customers through lighting selections for entire homes, room by room.
- Preparing quotations, coordinating orders and building lasting customer relationships.
- Helping develop inspiring showroom displays and new design consultation services.

WE'D LOVE SOMEONE WHO HAS
- Experience or qualifications in lighting, interior design, interior decoration, colour consulting or home styling.
- A genuine passion for lighting, interiors and home design.




- Confidence working with customers and providing personalised design recommendations.
- An understanding of colour palettes, materials, finishes and current design trends.
- Strong sales skills and an ability to turn inspiration into practical solutions.
- A creative mind, excellent initiative and a positive attitude.

Lighting or design industry experience is a bonus, but not essential. We're happy to teach the technical and design lighting knowledge to someone with the right design flare and personality. WHY JOIN US?
