Tusk Group | Truganina / Derrimut, VIC Tusk Group is seeking experienced High Reach and LO Forklift Operators for ongoing warehouse opportunities in Truganina and Derrimut.
We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious operators with recent forklift experience, strong RF scanning skills and a proven commitment to attendance, punctuality and productivity.
Available Positions & Pay Rates
HIGH REACH FORKLIFT OPERATORS
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm | $34.96 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm | $39.16 per hour
- Night Shift: 11:30pm – 5:30am (6-hour shift) | $43.35 per hour - Limited Positions.
Requirements:
- Current LF forklift licence
- Minimum 3 years of recent High Reach experience preferred
- Recent Crown High Reach experience highly regarded
- Counterbalance experience highly regarded
- Recent RF scanning experience
- Strong warehouse and replenishment experience
- Current LO licence
- Previous LO order-picking experience essential
- Robust RF scanning and warehouse experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate High Reach or LO equipment
- Perform RF scanning, picking and replenishment tasks
- Meet daily productivity targets and KPIs
- Follow site safety procedures and manual handling requirements
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency across warehouse operations
- Work overtime when required by operational demands

- Reliable, punctual and committed to consistent attendance
- Confident operating the relevant forklift equipment
- Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse duties
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for an ongoing assignment
