Illawarra Aboriginal Corporation is seeking an Aged Care Team Leader to guide the day-to-day delivery of culturally safe aged care across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. You will supervise staff, coordinate rosters and ensure high-quality care aligned with Aboriginal Elders’ needs.
Reporting to the Aged Care Coordinator, you will monitor standards, support staff development, and build robust partnerships with Elders, families and external providers to achieve program outcomes.
