We're looking for a skilled Maintenance All-Rounder to help keep some of the Gold Coast's most recognisable hospitality venues operating at their best.
The Gennari Group operates a portfolio of award-winning restaurants, bars and hospitality venues across Broadbeach and Main Beach, including Koi Dining, The Loose Moose, Maggie Choo, Roosevelt Lounge, La Luna Beach Club and MĀRE. Our venues welcome thousands of guests every week, and we're searching for someone who takes pride in ensuring everything is maintained to the highest standard.
This role would suit an experienced tradesperson, handyman, carpenter or maintenance professional looking for consistent part-time hours, variety in their work and the opportunity to be part of a successful locally owned hospitality group.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same.
You'll work across multiple venues carrying out:
- General repairs and maintenance
- Carpentry and building repairs
- Minor plumbing and basic electrical coordination
- Painting, patching and touch-ups
- Venue presentation and preventative maintenance
- Equipment installation and repairs
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues before they become problems
- Coordinating external contractors when required
- Helping maintain our venues to a premium standard

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in carpentry, building maintenance, facilities maintenance or a similar trade
- Is practical, hands-on and genuinely enjoys fixing problems
- Can work independently and manage their own day
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Holds a current driver's licence
- Has their own tools and car
- Is reliable, organised and proactive
