What You'll Be Doing
- Service, maintain, and repair drill rigs and mobile equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Complete preventative and scheduled maintenance activities.
- Respond to breakdowns and provide support to operational crews.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Contribute to a safe, reliable, and productive work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Trade qualification as a Heavy Duty Mechanic, Diesel Fitter, Mechanical Fitter, Plant Mechanic, Auto Electrician, or similar.
- Experience working on drill rigs, mining equipment, heavy machinery, or mobile plant (highly regarded).
- Current Manual Driver's Licence.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- National Police Clearance within the last 12 months.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to safety.
