As a Manufacturing Technician at Hargrave Technologies, you will work in a quality-focused production environment where we prioritise doing excellent work over rigid production quotas. You will have the time and autonomy to ensure your work is completed properly, supported by a team genuinely passionate about the work they do. You'll work on Australian-designed and manufactured technology used in advanced drone and vehicle applications.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing machinery
- Perform firmware flashing and updates on electronics in accordance with production requirements
- Conduct functional testing to confirm products meet required specifications
- Assemble electronics into enclosures
- Accurately record traceability data throughout the manufacturing process
- Prepare products for packing and dispatch in accordance with work instructions
- Follow relevant quality, safety and production procedures to ensure products are manufactured consistently and to specification
About you
You don't need to know everything from day one. We're looking for someone who is hands-on,
technically minded and willing to learn.
You may have experience in electronics manufacturing, production, assembly, testing or another technical environment — or you may be looking to develop your career in electronics manufacturing.
