About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Roll Former/Machine Operator to join our production team. This hands on role involves operating machinery, sheet metal fabrication, packing and general manufacturing duties while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
About You
- Experience operating roll forming machinery (preferred)
- Manufacturing, sheet metal or assembly experience
- Physically fit and safety focused
- Able to use hand and power tools
- Team oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Key Responsibilities
- Operate roll-forming and manufacturing equipment
- Perform sheet metal fabrication and packing duties
- Follow work instructions and secure work procedures
- Maintain quality and compliance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Support production targets and team objectives
