We're looking for someone to help grow a portfolio of some of Sydney's most exciting hospitality venues. This is a hands-on, fast paced role focused on driving restaurant visitation, customer engagement and commercial performance through smart campaigns, digital channels and guest experiences. You will be also collaborating with marketing agency to generate leads for our events business.
What you'll do
- Develop growth initiatives for restaurants, cafés and hospitality venues
- Create digital campaigns across email, web and social
- Use Open Table to its full capacity
- Lead and contribute to content shoots and creative projects
- Use customer insights and data to drive decisions
- Work closely with venue teams, chefs and external partners
- Launch new experiences, promotions and customer engagement initiatives
- Track performance and continuously improve results
About you
- Hospitality and customer focused experience
- Commercially minded with strong digital skills including Open Table
- Passionate about driving visitation, restaurant and event experiences and customer behaviour
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
