We are seeking a full time Marketing Specialist to lead strategic marketing initiatives that support practice growth, strengthen referral networks, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the fertility specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that support the continued growth and market positioning of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyse healthcare market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, policies and performance metrics.
- Prepare analytical reports to support strategic planning.
- Design and manage patient-centred educational and promotional campaigns.
- Analyse performance of marketing plans, referral source effectiveness, healthcare trends and patient demographic data.
- Develop and implement marketing communications, media engagement, and brand positioning initiatives.
- Advise on service positioning, pricing strategies,
and promotional activities.
- Monitor and protect reputation and brand image
- Develop and maintain industry referral networks and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate conference materials, presentations, stakeholder engagement content, and branded communications.
- Support brand positioning and reputation across public and digital platforms.
Skill & Experience
1. Qualifications – Relevant bachelor degree (or 5 years of relevant work experience may substitute formal qualifications).
2. Experience – Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated experience in:
- Developing and implementing marketing plans; and
- Interpreting market data and producing business-focused recommendations and strategies.
1. Skills – Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
