Milk Tanker Loader - 4 on 4 off The role

You’ll pre-load milk tankers so our long-haul drivers can hit the road on time. It’s a hands-on, process-driven job where accuracy matters every time. Your work has a direct impact on our drivers, our clients and the farmers we collect from.

What you’ll be doing

- Pre-loading tankers to schedule, following set loading procedures step by step
- Collecting, labelling, storing and handling milk samples correctly. Farmers are paid based on these samples, so care and accuracy are essential.
- Keeping equipment, hoses, sample gear and work areas clean and hygienic to food-safety standards
- Completing paperwork and records accurately
- Communicating with drivers and the operations team so handovers go smoothly
- Reporting any equipment, quality or safety issues straight away

What we’re looking for

- A careful, methodical worker who follows procedures every time without cutting corners
- High standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness




- Someone responsible and trustworthy who understands that their work affects other people’s income
- Reliable and punctual, especially for early starts
- Good attention to detail and clear record-keeping
- Previous experience in dairy, food handling, bulk liquid or a quality-controlled workplace is a bonus but not essential. Full training is provided.
- Licence requirements, e.g. current driver’s licence; forklift or HR licence an advantage.
