Mining Business Manager | Perth

Lead the regional growth of Marble's fastest growing division.

As we move through 2026 and into the new year, we're looking for a Business Manager to drive our mining growth across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Reporting directly to our National Director, you'll lead the region in Marble's fastest growing division, backed by strong, long-standing client relationships and a well-established candidate database.

You'll work closely with experienced mining recruiters , proactively network to find top talent, and build meaningful connections with clients across Australia's mining industry.

In this role, you'll:

- Lead the regional growth of Marble's fastest growing division
- Develop and coach the local recruitment delivery team
- Win new clients across WA and NT
- Develop and expand your assigned key accounts
- Identify, track and tender for new opportunities
- Report and forecast to the National Director

What do you need?

- 5+ years in recruitment with a consistent billing track record, ideally as a senior or principal consultant or team leader across contract, labour hire or permanent desks
- Proven success winning recent clients, not just servicing existing ones
- Experience coaching or managing consultants,



whether formally or as a senior or team lead
- Experience growing key accounts, including increasing wallet share, widening your footprint within a client and building relationships with decision-makers
- Comfort with forecasting, pipeline tracking and reporting to senior leadership, including budgets and targets
