Experience in managing a Mohs surgery laboratory is a requirement.

Hours involved range are variable and range from 8am to 7pm. Late finishes are a frequent necessity due to the nature of our surgical treatments. Unfortunately we can only contact candidates who have made our short-list.

Duties include: Managing laboratory operations and administration.

Developing laboratory operational plans.

Managing laboratory workflows and resources

Implementing quality control processes.

Ensures compliance with relevant standards, workplace health and safety.

Documentation of operating procedures and laboratory processes.

Managing and supervising laboratory staff

Equipment procurement and maintenance.

Inventory control and laboratory supplies.

Staff training and competency assessment.

Budget management.

Pay: $98,000.00 per year
