Ashwood Motel is seeking an experienced, hands-on couple to manage our 47-room motel in West Gosford.
This live-in opportunity includes recently renovated onsite accommodation for a couple with experience in motel, hotel, holiday park, caravan park, or accommodation management.
Initial 6–9-month assignment with potential extension (Open to discuss shorter term contracts).
The role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the motel, including:
- Guest check-ins, check-outs and enquiries
- Managing guest satisfaction [Vv1] and online reviews
- Supervising housekeeping and room inspections
- Property presentation, grounds checks and litter control
- Pool maintenance checks and record keeping
- Gardening and general property upkeep
- Coordinating contractors and maintenance works
- Inventory,
supplies and invoice approvals
- Safety and compliance inspections

- Experienced in accommodation operations
