Role 1: Appointment Setter

Perfect for beginners or early-stage salespeople.

You will

- Call cold and warm leads

- Start conversations with business owners

- Book quality appointments for closers

- Train daily and build real sales skills

We’re looking for people who are:
- Accountable

- Coachable

- Willing to learn

- Comfortable on the phone (or willing to become)

Some sales experience helps, but it’s not required.

Role 2: Digital Sales Representative For experienced closers who want more than just pressure and scripts.

You will

- Run presentations with decision-makers

- Close marketing management packages

- Work booked appointments and self-generated leads

- Use our elite lead system to find strong prospects

- Cold call when needed

We’re looking for people who:
- Have at least 2 years of sales experience

- Ideally have sold digital marketing

- Are accountable and self-driven

- Fit into a startup culture
