Lighting lives is a registered NDIS provider supporting people with disabilities in NSW and ACT. We focus on identifying the strengths of the individual clients and work along with them to achieve their NDIS goals.

We believe in building strong partnerships to transform lives and thereby create a strong community. Currently, we are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join our team to support our growth in ACT region. We are looking for a professional who has sound understanding of NDIS and has established relationships across disability, community services, support coordination, allied health and other networks.

The role will involve face to face meetings, attending networking events and organising meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with Support Coordinators, Recovery Coaches, Plan Managers, allied health professionals, hospitals, and community organisations
- Identify new participant and partnership opportunities
- Organise stakeholder engagement and networking events
- Represent Lighting lives within the sector
- Develop new community and provider partnerships




- Maintain ongoing relationships with key referral partners
- Identify growth opportunities and discuss innovative programs with management
- Update the management about the progress and key developments in the work.

Ideal candidate

- Strong understanding about NDIS and pathways.
- Existing connections in the industry and ability to build new connections.
- Robust communication and excellent in stakeholder engagement
- Experience in disability/NDIS business development

- Ability to work independently
