True Embrace is a Sydney-based NDIS provider built around one idea: not just the right service, but the right person. We carefully match each worker to the participant they support, so every relationship is built on trust and consistency.
The roles
We’re looking for caring, reliable support workers for two participants:
- Randwick area: Female Teenager Participant.
- St George area: Older Female Participant.
What you’ll do
- Support participants with daily routines, personal care and community activities
- Build skills and independence through everyday activities
- Follow each participant’s support plan and behaviour support strategies
- Write clear shift notes after every shift
About you
- Patient, calm and genuinely kind
- Experience supporting people with disability
- Confident communicating with families and the wider support team
- Reliable and consistent, because our participants count on seeing the same person
Requirements
- A valid NSW Working With Children Check (we verify every check with the Office of the Children’s Guardian)
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Current First Aid and CPR
- A full driver’s licence and your own reliable, insured car
- Australian work rights
- The NDIS Worker Orientation and Induction Modules (free online), or willingness to complete it
