We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience for every guest.
About the Role
As a Bartender at Como Sociale, you will be responsible for preparing and serving quality beverages, creating classic cocktails, maintaining a well-presented bar and providing friendly, professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature cocktails, wine, beer and other beverages like coffee.
- Deliver excellent customer service and engage confidently with guests.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in drink preparation and presentation.
- Manage bar stock, restocking and general bar operations.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA), food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening, closing and cleaning duties.
About You
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar or hospitality venue.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage service.
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude, professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
