We are a paediatric occupational therapy clinic in Shepparton, and we are looking for an OT, new grad or experienced, to join our growing team.

Who we are looking for

We welcome new graduates or experienced OTs who have been wanting to make the move into paediatrics. New grads receive structured supervision, mentoring and a gradual caseload build-up. Experienced OTs enjoy autonomy, the chance to mentor others and space to bring their ideas to life.

- Hold your Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration.

What your days look like

- Delivering fun, play-based therapy in our sensory gym that builds real confidence and capability in children.
- Building trusting relationships with families, schools, kinders and other health professionals.
- Taking part in regular supervision, mentoring and in-house PD sessions where we learn and grow together.
- Contributing to community and outreach projects that make a difference beyond the therapy room.
