Accredited Distributors, a leading confectionery snack foods and beverage distribution company in Australia, have a position for a motivated and enthusiastic Office Clerk to join our team located at our Geelong warehouse.

Role will be based on 38 hour Week, 5 days per week.

Your responsibilities will include

· Assist in accounts payable data entry

· Answering the telephone

· Assist in daily banking

· Assist in credit control

· Accounts receivable reconciliations

· Attending to customer enquiries both in person and via phone

· Accepting and processing customer orders

· Processing sales orders

· Liaising with warehouse staff members

· Data Entry

· Filing

· Required skills and experience:

· Attention to detail

· Excellent phone manner

· Work autonomously

· Flexibility within the working conditions

· Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be an advantage but not essential





· Liaise with staff and customers The successful candidate will have some experience and understanding of the above processes and is able to manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills are essential.
