The Chance

You'll help new customers get up and running with the platform, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring they have a fantastic experience from day one.

Working alongside Sales, Product and Engineering, you'll join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business where you'll have the opportunity to learn, contribute and grow as the company scales.

What You'll Be Doing

- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, including their initial two-week trial.
- Help customers navigate the platform and understand its functionality.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure customers get up and running quickly.
- Track progress, follow up and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Escalate technical questions to the appropriate teams.




- Contribute to improving and streamlining onboarding processes.
