We're seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead change enablement activities across critical and complex transformation initiatives.

In this role, you'll partner with senior business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to develop and execute change strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead organisational change activities across large-scale, complex transformation programs.
- Conduct organisational impact assessments and evaluate readiness for change.
- Identify, engage, and influence stakeholders to build commitment and support successful implementation.
- Develop and execute change, communication, engagement, and training strategies.
- Ensure change management activities are embedded within project and program delivery plans.
- Drive the development of communication materials, education resources, and adoption initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, leadership engagement sessions, and change forums.
- Monitor adoption, measure effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.




- Manage change risks and resistance strategies to support successful business outcomes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

- 8+ years' experience in Organisational Change Management, transformation, or related disciplines.
- Baseline/NV1 Security clearance is Mandatory.
- Proven experience leading change initiatives across complex organisational environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication, engagement, and training plans.
- Strong project management capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is highly regarded.
