Love being hands-on and helping people? Edge Orthodontics in Coorparoo is looking for an energetic, motivated Dental Assistant to join our busy clinical team and play a real part in every patient's treatment, from their first appointment to the day their braces come off.
Edge Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic practice on Cavendish Road, Coorparoo, caring for kids, teens and adults with braces, clear aligners and early orthodontic treatment. We're clinically led with a patient-first approach, and we continually invest in the latest technology and in our people.
Key responsibilities
- Chairside assisting with braces and clear aligner treatment
- Preparing and sterilising instruments and surgeries
- Taking photos, scans and records
- Making patients feel comfortable and informed
- Maintaining infection control standards
About you
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting preferred
- Training offered for the right candidate without prior qualifications
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced clinic and love being on the go
- Great with people of all ages, from kids and teens to adults
- A team player who stays organised and keeps an eye for detail
