The multi award winning Surf & Sun | Beyond the Classroom SA, operate 3 school camp properties, including Willow Creek Adventure Camp (15 minuted from Victor Harbor), Narnu Farm on Hindmarsh Island and Camp Illawonga on the River Murray near Swan Reach.

An exciting chance has evolved to join the team as a Outdoor Education School Camp Facilitator. Picture yourself facilitating kayaking, bushwalking, surfing, rock climbing, bike riding and other fun activities in the outdoors. Multiple positions are available with programs available throughout the year. Permanent and casual positions are available for the right candidates.

Facilitators are an integral part of the team. The ideal candidate will:

- Possess great communication skills

- Be professional and outgoing

- Be passionate about the outdoors and the environment

- Have a strong focus on safety and wellbeing

- Have excellent people skills

- Have the ability to think on the run

- Be fit and healthy to run programs with the ability to work remotely whilst on camp as required





Successful applicants will be experienced and passionate outdoor facilitators, and believe in outdoor education and delivering exceptional experiences.

Surf & Sun | Beyond the Classroom run a wide range of adventure based outdoor education activities throughout South Australia. We are looking for passionate and positive people. Surf & Sun's main office is at Middleton on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

The successful candidate will work predominately on the Fleurieu Peninsula. There are also opportunities to work on camps and journeys throughout South Australia including at Swan Reach on the River Murray, Robe, Yorke Peninsula, Flinders Ranges, Kangaroo Island and beyond. Having your LR or MR is an advantage as is experience in the outdoor education sector.
