? Speech Pathologist ?
Flexible employment options | Competitive remuneration | Genuine clinical support | Current graduates encouraged to apply
Welcome to Blossom and Bloom Therapy Services ?
Blossom and Bloom Therapy Services is a growing mobile speech pathology practice supporting children, adolescents, young adults and their families. We currently service Perth’s Eastern Suburbs and are expanding into additional areas, creating exciting opportunities for the right clinicians to join our team. We believe that exceptional therapy begins with connection. It’s about seeing the person behind the goals, building trusting relationships with families and delivering thoughtful, evidence-based therapy that makes a meaningful difference in everyday life.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated and caring Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. Whether you are a new graduate looking for a supportive place to begin your career or an experienced clinician seeking greater flexibility, autonomy and job satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.
We offer casual, part-time and full-time employment opportunities, with a minimum commitment of two days per week and the opportunity to grow your caseload over time. We are also very open to welcoming a subcontractor to the team.
New graduates are warmly encouraged to apply!
A different kind of workplace: no burnout here!
We are not interested in building a KPI factory where clinicians are treated like billing machines. We believe great speech pathologists need time to think, reflect, collaborate, develop their skills and deliver quality therapy — without sacrificing their own wellbeing in the process. At Blossom and Bloom, we want you to feel valued for the clinician you are, the relationships you build and the difference you make.
We are building a practice where clinicians can:
- Deliver meaningful, high-quality therapy without unnecessary pressure.
- Develop a caseload that reflects their interests, strengths and clinical passions.
- Enjoy flexibility and autonomy in how they structure their working week.
- Access genuine supervision, mentoring and professional development.
- Feel supported,
appreciated and recognised for their contribution.
- Build a rewarding and sustainable career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
We want you to thrive professionally, not just fill your calendar.
About the role
You will provide high-quality assessment, intervention and support to children, adolescents, young adults and their families across a range of communication and feeding needs. Your caseload will include a mix of private and NDIS clients, with opportunities to complete kindergarten and daycare screenings and develop relationships with local educators and community services.
You will have the freedom to develop your clinical interests, build your caseload progressively and grow your skills with the support of a collaborative team.
Your role may include
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments.
- Developing individualised therapy plans and meaningful, functional goals.
- Delivering evidence-based intervention tailored to each client's needs.
- Supporting clients with speech sound disorders, receptive and expressive language difficulties, social communication differences, fluency, literacy and other communication needs.
- Preparing clear, professional assessment reports, progress reports and clinical documentation.
- Collaborating with parents, carers, teachers, educators and other allied health professionals.
- Equipping families and support networks with practical strategies to support communication beyond therapy sessions.
- Participating in case discussions, clinical supervision and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Engaging in professional development and reflective practice.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients,
enjoys building relationships and wants to make a positive difference. You might be a excellent fit if you:
- Are passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Value connection, collaboration and family-centred practice.
- Want to continue learning and growing as a clinician.
- Want to be recognised and rewarded for the quality and contribution you bring.
- Are looking for a workplace that values people just as much as outcomes.

- A recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- A commitment to ethical, evidence-based and person-centred practice.
- Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to learn, reflect and develop.
- A genuine desire to provide high-quality care to clients and families.
Recent graduates are welcome. You do not need to have everything figured out on day one — we value curiosity, initiative, a willingness to learn and a commitment to providing excellent care.
What you'll receive
?Competitive remuneration and earning potential Highly competitive rates and incentives, with recognition for your skills, initiative and contribution. We want your remuneration to reflect the value you bring to the practice.
