Your Role As our newest Occupational Therapist, you'll work with children aged 2-16. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting initial consultations with parents or caregivers
- Collaborating with families to set child and family-centered goals
- Designing and implementing strength-based therapy plans
- Liaising with other professionals involved in the child's care
- Providing therapy in the child's natural environments, including homes and schools
- Creating engaging resources for therapy sessions and home programs
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and progress notes in accordance with professional standards and legislative requirements
- Monitoring and evaluating client progress against established goals and adjusting intervention plans accordingly

About You We're looking for someone who brings passion, energy, and a heart for children! You'll thrive with us if you have:

- A love for paediatrics and a warm, empathetic approach to your work
- A Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or are willing to obtain them)
- Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required
- Current AHPRA registration is required at the time of application
