What is the role?

There is now an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join the Finance team on a permanent full-time basis.

This is a outstanding opportunity to play an important role in supporting business performance across RME. You'll work closely with leaders and teams across the business, providing financial insights that help them understand performance and make informed decisions. The role will work across budgeting, forecasting, management and Board reporting, financial analysis, KPI reporting and financial modelling. You'll also help identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and financial processes while contributing to the ongoing improvement of our reporting and finance practices.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

1. 1. Degree qualifications in accounting, economics, business or another relevant discipline.
2. 2. A minimum of five years' experience in a business partnering role, preferably within an industrial equipment manufacturing environment.
3. 3. Strong budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis experience.
4. 4. Strong commercial acumen and business analysis skills.
5. 5. Experience using and developing ERP software.
6. 6. Advanced Excel, Atlas and SQL skills.
7. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organisation.

CA or CPA qualifications and experience implementing a finance business partnering framework within a global matrixed organisation would be highly regarded.

- Possession of a current Driver's Licence
