About the role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Part time Clinic Receptionist to join our team while our receptionist is on maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for regular, reliable part-time hours within a beautiful, professional cosmetic/GP clinic.

The position will be spread across 2–3 days per week, with shifts generally running from 8:45am to 5:15pm.

While the position is initially being recruited to provide maternity leave cover, there will be ongoing permanent part-time employment opportunity.

The successful applicant will commence training at the start of November 2026, allowing time to become familiar with our clinic, systems, procedures and the high level of patient care we provide. Hours during the training period may be adjusted as you become familiar and confident with the role.

Previous experience in reception, administration, medical, cosmetic, beauty, or customer service would be highly regarded.

A thorough handover and training period will be provided to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in all aspects of the position.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming and assisting patients

- Managing the Concierge desk

- Answering phones and returning calls

- Responding to texts and software messages

- Managing emails

- Assisting with appointments and bookings

- Assisting with EFTPOS and payments





- Taking patient photographs

- Preparing patients for treatments

- Offering refreshments

- Reliable, punctual and consistent

- Warm, friendly and welcoming

- Professional and well-presented

- Organised and highly attentive to detail

- Confident communicating with patients

- Comfortable answering phones and responding to messages

- Computer literate and able to learn new systems

- Able to work independently and use initiative

- Calm and capable in a busy environment

- Previous experience in reception, administration, medical, cosmetic, beauty, or customer service would be highly regarded

FUTURE OPPORTUNITY
